Weight Loss and Goals

Until I'm more comfortable with my weight and myself, I will not be posting how much I weigh here. Instead, I'll be posting how much is lost each week. I re-started this whole lifestyle change on a Monday, but I plan to weigh in each Saturday morning. Also, I'm including a list of short-term goals as to how much I'd like to lose by certain dates in the future.


Starting date:4/16/12

4/20/12: -3.6





My Weight Loss Goals:

12/31/12 - Be down 10 pounds
2/7/13 - Be down 25 pounds
4/9/12 - Be down 50 pounds
5/18/12 - Be down 60 pounds
6/22/12 - GET MARRIED!! :)


After my wedding, I will evaluate where I want to be with my weight and my health. From that point, I plan to continue working toward a healthier me so that when Randy and I decide to have children, my body and I are ready! :)
